Hi I had to re load my email account and I am receiving mail but can not send I am not savvy with computers and can not work out how to fix this problem . There is another computer in the house and we are connected so checked the settings are the same like we did when we first set up , but this time it is not working
As a test, can you completely disable any anti-virus, firewall, proxy or VPN, then try send again.
Sometimes even restarting your router may resolve this.
