Can't Restore to New PC-Backup Directory not found

I am setting up a new PC and followed instructions on Oct 9/2018 blog. Made backup on USB, downloaded emClent on new pc. BUT when i go to Restore, get message “Backup Directory not found”. Using Restore,when I use browse function to find file it shows other files on the USB but does NOT show the backup zip files. But the backup files are there and I can see them when view USB separately. I can also unzip backup files so I know they function.
Help please.

Copy the zip file from the USB to C:\Users_yourusername_\Documents\eM Client\ and see if there is any difference when trying the restore.

Otherwise, with eM Client closed, extract the zip file to C:\Users_yourusername_\AppData\Roaming\eM Client. You may have to enable hidden items in Explorer to get there.

Gary-thanks for the quick reply. Moving zip file to the Documents\em Client folder worked-the Restore funstion recognized the file. Any idea why the Restore command could not see the zip file when it was on my USB drive?
