Can't process message - error

When I try to reply to a email i get this -

"Can’t process message

Could not process the message because of the following error. Consider selecting a different account to send messages from. Message was not completely downloaded and thus no operation can be performed on it."

Try going to “Menu / Accounts” and setting your account to Download messages and attachments offline and see if that fixes it as in the below V10 & V9 IMAP acct examples.

Note: The size of the mail database will increase but it should fix the problem.

This is already set so.

Then you might possibly have a resident program blocking eM Client in some way, or a physical connection problem.

So try first to completely shutdown your computer and modem / router for say 2 mins and then turn everything back on and see if that makes any difference.

If no difference, then if you have any eg: optionally installed firewall / security programs or optionally installed antivirus programs or vpn, “other than what can default with the os”, try completely disabling those to test in case of any interference.

Then If you don’t have any optional installed programs like that or disabling those made no difference then click the dropdown on the right of Refresh and click Show Operations and click the log tab and look for any obvious error messages and past them in this thread. We might then possibly see what’s wrong.

Note: blank out anything personal in the log errors.
