Can't open MailCliant

When I try to open the mailclient I get this message:

“The application cannot start because the database on this computer was modified by a newer version of this application”

When I try to update I get this message:

“The specified account already exists”

I tried to do a full install and I get this message:

"A later version of eM Client is already installed. setup will now exit.

Any help will be appreciated
