Is there an error message?

Do you have a default .pdf application?  In Windows, go to settings/apps/default apps, select “Choose default apps by type” at the bottom.  Then scroll down to .pdf and make sure an installed program is set as the default.

There is an error message.
“there was an error opening this document the file is damaged and could not be repaired”.

I do have Adobe Acrobat set up as default program for .pdf files, and yet I always get the error prompted.

So I have to open it from the browser each time. Quite pointless to use a client then.
