Can't login to emclient

I can’t login to emclient. it says my credentials are wrong and they’re not.

Could be the mail server had eg: “Changed authentication” method, Or you might now need an “App Password” instead and not your normal password, Or you might have “incorrect settings”, Or the mail server could be currently offline like an outage.

So first off check if you can login ok with your login name and password to your mailbox online via webmail using a browser.

If you can’t login to your mailbox online, contact your mailbox technical support for assistance.

Now if you can get into your mailbox via webmail, then let us know “which mail server you are using” ?

Also if you have a “POP, IMAP, Exchange’ Office 365 or iCloud” account ?.

Also what are your “Incoming mail server settings” ? in your eM Client account setup. Eg: Server address, Port and Security policy.

Also what version of eM Client do you have ?, and do you have Windows or Mac and OS version.
