I am trying to install an Outlook account on emclient android. It is stuck on finishing account.

Could be the eM Client account wizard “is waiting for you to press allow” to give eM Client access to your Outlook account. So if that window hasn’t appeared, “try using the task switcher on your Droid mobile or tablet” and see if its in another window, as could be thats in the background waiting for you to press allow.
Now if you can’t see that allow access window or pressing allow didn’t work, then “try clearing your current mobile browser cache and data completely” and see if that fixes it.
If that still doesn’t work, then “try setting another browser as the default” on your droid mobile phone or tablet and see if that fixes it. Recommend to use Chromium type browsers like Chrome, Edge, Vivaldi, Brave etc.
Apart from that if you still have the same issue, “try clearing the cache in the eM Client mobile app” in your Droid OS Settings, and then close and reopen eM Client and try again.
Now if that still has the same issue “you might also have to clear the data as well in the eM Client app” in your Droid OS Settings, and then close and reopen eM Client and setup as new.
Lastly if that still has the same issue, then “check that you are using the latest eM Client mobile droid app V10.0.2643” from the Playstore. Also make sure your Droid OS is up to date.
