I cannot get my emails on PC but can on my iphone and ipad. Account is at bellsouth.net
Can you advise what version of eM Client you are using, and are you using Windows or Mac.
Also do you get an error message appear in eM Client when trying to send or receive. Need more info.
Running windows 10 with latest version of emclient. I get unable to connect to server.

Ok. What are your email account Pop, IMAP, or exchange settings in eM Client minus your acct name & pass.
Also are you running any optional Firewall, Security, VPNs etc.
Pop pop.mail.yahoo.com port 995
Smtp smtp.mail.yahoo.com port 465
No to any optional anything
Ok in eM Client click the “Dropdown” arrow next to the “Refresh” button at the top left and click (Show Operations). Then click the “Log” Tab and see if you can see any obvious errors in there.

Oh that is a strange POP connection error. Sry ive never seen that before or how to fix it. Hopefully though another user on this forum will be able to help you.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling eMC?
If not, then should you decide to give that a try, be sure to do an eMC backup first and be sure NOT to delete the database during uninstall.

Yes, I did the uninstall and install. Made no difference.
Having the same problem, cannot get e-mails.

Every time a new bug fix is released it seems to create new bugs
