v10.0.2643 on Android 14, Samsung S32 FE
In the folders list, there’s a “1” by the Drafts folder but there’s no draft there. The folder is empty on the phone, in GMail web and on eMC on my Windows desktop. There are two accounts but this is in the primary account only. This has persisted across reboots, app stops / restarts, cache cleared, syncs, etc., etc.
Where is this “draft” so I can find and delete it? Or how can I reset the folder list count to null?
Thanks.
Try holding your finger on the Drafts folder and press “Mark all messages as read”. Then close and reopen the mobile app. If they are both Gmail accounts, also hold your finger on the All Mail folder and Mark all messages as read.
Failing that, try holding your finger “on each account Inbox or All Mail folder” in the case of Gmail and then press “Properties” at the bottom. Then press “Repair” at the bottom to resync it with your online account. Could be it’s just out of sync and if it is that should hopefully remove it.
Apart from that, if both accounts are IMAP, Exchange, Office 365 or iCloud (Non POP) accounts and nothing in Local Folders, then suggest to remove and readd both accounts.
None of those worked and it’s not worth totally rebuilding the account so I guess it’ll stay as-is.
Thanks
