I bought a license key (and have the charge on credit card proving it), but never saw an email with the actual license key. I may have mis-typed the email address. How do I get a license key sent to me. Let me know what proof you need from me. (last 4 digits of credit card, etc.) Thanks,
You can have the license activation key resent to you by entering the registered email address at https://emclient.com/lost-activation-key
If you gave an incorrect email address at the time of registering/purchasing the license, you can write to eM Client and ask that they correct it. Try [email protected] or [email protected]
If you need reset your password you can do that at http://www.emclient.com/reset-password. That will send you new login details for VIP Support.
