Can't edit emails in draft

When I save an email to draft, I am unable to edit it.

I tried the solution to this problem that seemed to work for others here: When Mail drafts are not actual "drafts"
But it didn’t solve the problem.

The email account I’m focused on is Microsoft hotmail account. I’m accessing it via the eM client on a PC running Windows 11.

Is this just a newly added Hotmail account, or one you have had for sometime ?

Also what version of eM Client are you using ?, and do you have Windows or Mac
