Every January I archive the previous year’s emails. But today I can’t seem to create a new folder under all the others. I can create one above where it says “More”, but I’d like it to be under all the others.
@GWM Have you tried clicking the account name above the “Inbox” folder where you want to create a new folder in the “More” section, and selecting “New Folder…”?
Thanks for responding, lancealot. I think I tried that before. I just tried it again and it put it in the wrong place, but I was able to move it this time to where I want it. So problem solved.
After you create the folder by right-clicking on the account name, then right-click on the folder and select “Hide”. That will move it to the “More” section.
