Can't connect to my server.

All of a sudden eM Client can’t connect to my server. It says check the settings. I have. they look right. What can I do?

Which version of eM Client? Which email provider?

Go to Menu > Tools > Accounts and click on the IMAP tab. Make sure the port is set to 993, and the security policy is Use SSL/TLS on special port (legacy).

If that does not help, disable your anti-virus/firewall application and then try again.
