Can't connect to my Outlook account anymore

From out of nowhere, I can’t connect to my Outlook account anymore.
I get this message: (password IS correct)

what version of eM Client are you currently using? Find it in Help>ABout section.
How is this account set up? Is it POP/IMAP/Exchange? Or perhaps the (now discontinued) AirSync?

I’m using v6.0.24928.0
I have no problems with reading my mail,
but the calender is synced with my Outlook.com
This seems to give problems since this morning. 
I didn’t change any settings.
And I don’t use AirSync.

so your account is set up as Exchange?
Can you please screenshot the Exchange Web Services tab for this account in the Tools>Accounts section?

Hello Christian,
I see, you are using an outlook account but the issue is actually with the iCloud calendar.
iCloud added 2-step verification to its accounts.
Creating an app specific password could help.
