Can't connect to ANY email accounts (POP/IMAP/SMTP)

I installed eM Client on my Windows 8 tablet but none of my email accounts seem to work with it. I have a gmail account, a Hotmail account and a regular pop account and none of them seem to connect. I get Server Not Responding when running the diagnostics for all the various accounts. I am 100% sure that all the settings, passwords, etc. are correct. Is this some weird bug? Any way I can test to see where the problem lays?

I have tried on different wifi networks as well to make sure it is not a simple connection problem.

Strangely enough everything is now working just fine. I restarted the tablet and now the problem has resolved itself.

So I guess the problem is solved.

Care to share how you got this down on a tablet as other night be interested.
