Can't backup

I get this message when emClient tries to back up my mail. I use Bitdefender and I have given permission to access the folder.

Hello Michael,

I’d recommend moving the backup file to another path (C:) located on the computer and trying it again. In Menu > Tools > Settings > Backup, you’ll have to point the program to the new direction before restoring.
