Can't authenticate against Kerio Connect mail server (IMAP)

I’m having problems connecting to a secured IMAP server, running Kerio Connect. SMTP authenticates fine, but IMAP refuses to connect. I can supply logs, once I’m told where they would be found.

Hello,

logs can be found at tools - settings - advanced, check IMAP, apply and restart eM Client.

then try to connect and after send logs… to galis@emclient.com together with this topic’s url.

then you can turn logging off.

i have the same problem here.
An eMail with my logs has already been sent. Maybe you can help me out.
