can't access/use dbrepairrebuildall.exe

Hi! I have a fairly large DB, and reading through this forum, running http://www.emclient.com/tools/dbrepairrebuildall.exe
can reduce or compact my DB. However, I can’t access it. Can you pls tell me how i can get a hold of this utility? Thanks.

Hi Ed,
clicking that link should just download the file instantly. Can you describe what problems you encounter when you try to download it? Is there any error page?

Hi Olivia, thank you for the quick reply. I was able to run it eventually, and the cause of my problem was i was running the utility from the download folder. Once I copied it to the \appdata\emclient folder, it ran properly. Thanks again!
