Click on “Menu” at top left of eM Client home page
Click on “Rules”
Double click on “Blacklist” to see list of blacklisted e-mails
Note: blacklisting an e-mail does not prevent it from being received. It only sends it to the Junk folder. Therefore, it is pointless to blacklist e-mails which show up in the Junk folder as they are already being sent there. Blacklist only e-mails that arrive in the Inbox folder.
PLEASE HELP. I unblocked a domain using the above instructions but I am still not receiving from that domain.
You did not say who is your email provider, however, as you are not receiving from a particular Domain is it safe to assume that all other email is OK?
The probability is that the Domain is being blocked on the mail server, if this is the case you will need to log into your provider using your Browser (webmail) and check if the Domain is being blocked there, if it is unblock and mark as good.
If you are not able to do this yourself ask your provider to do it for you.
The other possibility is that your anti-virus software is blocking the Domain.
Try disabling any anti-virus programs and try again.
¡Buena suerte

Thank you. I was able to figure it out. The emails were in my junk folder, so when I right-clicked I was able to move the email to my inbox and unblock the domain. I am now receiving emails from the domain again. I do appreciate your quick reply.
