Cannot set tag for recurring events?

Win 10/emClient 8

I’d like to set tags for recurring events but don’t see how it can be done. Am I missing something obvious?

When I try to set the tag, either it lets me set the tag but only the selected occurence, it won’t let me set the tag for all occurances.

When you open the event to edit it, make sure you choose All. That way whatever changes you make, like adding a tag, will be applied to all occurrences of the event.

Thanks. I do that, (choose All) and there is no way to add/edit Tags there.

I know this is an old thread, but I have a similar problem. Only, when I open an event, recurring or not recurring, I don’t have a “Tag” drop down menu.

In Calendar view I can right-click and tag, but that only applies to the one time.
I’m using emClient 9.2.2307
