In my organization there is a global setting that external users cannot skip the lobby in Microsoft Teams. When I create online meetings in the Teams app, the created event inherits the correct policy - i.e., external users cannot skip the lobby.
However, when I create a new online meeting event with eM Client, the default settings ignore these policies. The result is that people can awkwardly jump into the meeting without warning. ‘Enable lobby mode’ under ‘Online Meeting Properties’ when creating the event solves it, but I have to remember to do that each time. I could not find a way to set it as default in eM Client.
Is there a way to set all new Online Meeting events with lobby mode enabled?

It’s unlikely anyone on this free community forum would know that.

Thanks, I’ve added a ticket.
I thought that perhaps there is some setting I’m missing.
We’ll add this to our road plan. It makes sense. I just can’t give you ETA now, because we work hard on version 11 these days.
