cannot send email

I can’t send email - I receive fine = why aren’t both incoming imap or pop3 and outgoing smtp email services enabled? and how do I enable outgoing smtp email services ? = I am using demo version but expect it to be fully functional through trial period.

You have no SMTP, IMAP or POP3 tab under Tools - Accounts - your account?
If this is true then please try to re-add your account manually by Tools - Accounts - New Account - Mail - Other.

sometimes when account is being set-up over automatic setup email server does not send these connections to eM Client.

please write me if this have resolved your problem.
