Are you getting any error messages?
No error messages whatsoever. “Connecting” appears in the bar at the bottom for a long time, then “Synchronizing” and “Downloading”, Emails sit in the outbox for days, until I finally delete them. Incoming emails are being received.
In the first place please try to use the Diagnose/Fix button in the account settings (tab Diagnostics). If it will not help, send us your SMTP logs please. They will hopefully tell us more.
As I said, I already tried the diagnostics. It claims to fix things and successfully sends and receives an email message. But any emails I write do not get sent. I’ve been having intermittent connection problems for a long time, as though my Yahoo password is suddenly incorrect, so this is the last straw for me.
Did you send us the logs?
How can I send the SMTP logs if I cannot send email?
sometimes people can use web mail to send logs…or ask a friend or family member to send it for them.
Please export the logs from the default message and use your webmail or use another account in eM Client that’s able to send the logs.
But what are you having issues with, don’t send us logs prior to any conversation please.

I have the same problem and please help! It’s been a week that I can not send my email but it works fine before. Does it matter as I’m not using the pro but the free version? BTW, I’m attaching the screen shot as below and my email is from the corporate account in China and perhaps someone who reads Chinese could understand the pop up dialog.

Hi Alex, I can’t see the screenshot, can you please make sure you uploaded the screenshot to your reply?
What mail service are you using? Also when the error occurs, can you please switch to the log/history tab and copy the content of the log and post it here as well?

I have run into this kind of problem with hotmail since the first release I downloaded. Even if I request it to be sent, nothing happens. If I request another mailbox be checked, I see it queued in the “operations” pop-up box. I see two activities, both are the syncs with folders (sending).
If I exit the application, and restart it, the message is immediately sent. I see it in the Operations list.
Hi, what version of eM client are you currently using? Are you seeing any errors? If so, what kind of errors, can you possibly make a screenshot of the error?
Are you using any firewall/proxy software on your computer?
