Cannot send by copy and paste

Is anyone having a problem trying to send an email article using copy and paste in body of an email. I get an error saying spam. I’m using Astound for cable company. I do believe it’s a problem on their side but like all companies they say it might be my email program. Any one having a problem with what ever ISP you have and having the same problem.

Most ISP’s & mailbox providors have spam checking by default when sending or receiving mail and “its nothing to do with the mail clients”. It usually happens as there is something found either in the header, subject or body of the email that is being detected as possible spam so you then it get rejected. Other reasons can be if an IP address has been found to have been sending spam.

Whats the exact error you get ? click the dropdown on the right of Refresh and click “Show Operations” and click the “Log Tab” and look for any obvious error messages apart from just the word Spam and paste them in this thread. Blankout anything personal in the log errors.

I’m sorry cyberzork, i’m having a big problem trying to send the log. I paste the log and try to send and get, new users can’t post 2 links.
If there is another way, let me know.

Seems it’s also creating a draft copy at the same time so when I hit send I get new users cant send 2 copys or something like that.

Cyberzork, is there anyway I can PM you.
I have been a member of this forum for over 10 years but I have never posted anything in years so now i’m a new guy and can’t send attachments
