Cannot reply, forward or send emails

After installing the latest version, 6.0.22344.0, I cannot reply, forward or send emails. I can receive them fine. Unable to use repair. Unable to reinstall also. From others with the same current problem and exact same errors(Tom, Stella…), it seems to be that the installation package cannot “find” the setup.msi file. Nor can I.

Can I revert back to the previous version? Or is there a solution to the “missing” setup.msi?
