Cannot receive new activation key

I renewed our pro license 2 days ago. I need to enter a new activation key, but our account says it is still expired & cannot receive emails. Can I get the activation key sent to a different email address? I have emailed ezyvet multiple time but have not received a response.

Suggest to go to eM Client Pro support page and login and lodge a support ticket for help.
