Cannot receive incoming emails in Inbox

Can someone help us get incoming emails?
We clicked on the “Received” both in the “Primary” and “Secondary Sort”, but no luck.

Any advice for this?

We still do not get any incoming email. We are not paying for the service since the eM Client came with the desk computer package.

How can we get the incoming emails?

Are you getting any new unread emails appearing in the “Unread folder” in Favorites at the top left ?

Also what version of eM Client do you have ?

Also what mail account have you setup ?

Lastly do you have Windows or Mac & OS ver ?
