Cannot receive any emails (sending is fine)

eM client refuses to accept incoming emails. I know I am receiving them because I am running Outlook on the side occasionally to see if I received any new mail (and read it while I’m there). I’ve checked my settings countless times with no luck. I have been corresponding with “cyberzork” on eM and he’s been helping me look at things. But so far nothing has changed. I have good connections on both IMAP and SMPT settings where there is a nice green OK symbol next to each. But so far I cannot receive any emails, but can send emails to my hearts content.

As per my last post below in your original thread, as you have already tried the correct eM Client IMAP settings for Embargmail (centurylink), we would next need to know if you are getting any errors in your operations log.

Go back to Show Operations via the dropdown arrow on the right of Refresh, and then click the “Log tab” and look for any obvious IMAP errors. Then update those in this thread.

Blank out anything personal in the log errors
