Cannot reactivate eM Client

After reinstalling eM Client due to support advice, I cannot acivate a free license.
It is blocked because of violation of our license policy.
Ok, I have my own top level domain, but don’t use the email for business. How can I get the Client reactivated?

Can you please respond to the email you received warning you that the license was about to be cancelled, and give some explanation as requested? It can then be reviewed.
