I am a new user to em client and am having problems printing emails. Every time I do the print window appears as normal, I select my printer then the following error message appears " eM Client has stopped working." The software then shuts down and restarts. I have tried to print to different printers as well as to a PDF and no difference. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi David, what version of eM Client are you currently using? Does a report window show up after the crash? If so can you click on the “Show error” button and send me the error from the crash?

I am using version 6.2.20498.0. No report window shows after the crash. When I restart the program it checks the database without any problems. There is no “Show Error” button at any stage. I can print preview but not print. I can print attachments but not emails.
