Reloaded eMClient on HP Z420 after reloading Windows 10 Pro. Cannot log into eMClient account. Recorded password does NOT work. Tried fixes advertised here; NO GO. Need Tech Support to text my password to 808-561-4208. Gregory Patch

You can reset the credentials for a Pro License at http://www.emclient.com/reset-password

Same problem - wasworking yesterday - today it will not accept p/w - never asked for my p/w before??I use the free version. Help

Free license users can’t use the Em Client Helpdesk, nor can they use the License Manager. Sorry.
