Cannot find delayed sending option for Mass Mail in eM Client 10.4 (Mac)

Hello,

I am using eM Client version 10.4.x on macOS, and I cannot find the option to set a sending delay or limit (e.g., messages per minute or delay between messages) when using the “Send as Mass Mail” feature.

I have checked the account settings (SMTP and advanced settings), but there does not seem to be any option to configure a time delay between outgoing messages.

Could you please let me know:

  • Whether this feature is available in the Mac version of eM Client 10.4?
  • If so, where exactly I can find the setting?
  • Or if this option is only available in the Windows version?

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Best regards,

Im only aware of the “Send Later” option via the dropdown “on the right of the Send icon” and then set the time and date. Extract below from the Send Later documentation below.

I presume that will then work after adding your distribution list for sending mass mail.

“Send Later online documentation”

https://www.emclient.com/send-later-delayed-send

Extract from the above documenation

Simply compose a message, then click on the drop-down arrow icon in the right part of the “Send” button, select “Send later…” , set the desired date and time and confirm with “Ok” . You will see the scheduled time right on the Send button so once you are done composing, hit Send and the message will be moved to the “Outbox” folder. It will stay there until the time to send comes, so you can customise the message or remove it and cancel the send action completely, should the need arise.
