I have one gmail acct on one instance of em that will not connect to gmail. On that instance em connects to other gmail acct’s. Other instances of em are able to connect to that gmail acct w/o any difficulty. Anybody have any clues?
Hi, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you check the exact version number in Help > About?
Are you seeing any errors from the application? Are you using any firewall, proxy or any other security software on your computer, that may have disabled the application’s ability to connect to your server?
