I use multiple devices with different clients to read my mail. I have 1 master and went I delete mail on the master I want it removed everywhere. If I delete on another device I only want it deleted on that device.
I try to set up the account using IMAP, but em will not allow this so I have to set POP as well. Then things not longer get deleted on server and therefore other devices

To setup and IMAP account, you can either use the default “automatic email wizard” , or add via the “add account / Mail / Other” option via “Menu / Accounts”.
