Cannot activate free license after moving to new Laptop


The old Laptop while still running the trial version of em-Client gave up so not being able to de-activate the license key.
After installing em-Client on the new Laptop I cannot get a new license key since the old key is still active (but with a different computer).
How to reset my data at the em-Client server so I can get a new one for the new Laptop?
Browsed the knowledge base but cannot find an answer.

I had a similar issue, I email eMC support or sales, they fixed the license problem for me. Speaking only of me - I had no idea how to fix it myself, eMC support did it. :slight_smile:
