Cannot acess License Manager

I cannot access my license manager. I did a reset of the password, but no luck.

Your username in the screenshot seems to be a bit too long, the username is a generated number and not your email address.
Please check the email with your credentials again nd make sure you are filling in correct information.
If you still have trouble, reach out to [email protected] directly showing the data you are actually trying to fill in.
