Cannot access public folders (Exchange)


I fail to access the list of “public folders” from my work Exchange account. I get a popup message saying “There are no public folders available.” and hence I cannot add calendars for room booking etc. Any clues on why this error appears?

Unfortunately we don’t yet support resource calendars for room booking, but it is something we will be investigating in the future to see how we can accommodate them.

We do support regular public folders though, which you can access by right-click on the Exchange account folder and choosing Public Folders.

That is a shame, being able to book rooms is quite a fundamental feature. Nevertheless, thanks for at least informing.
