Can’t reinstall the EMclient 7 PRO v 7.2

I started to reinstall the package “EMclient 2018.08.07 setup” [{FC9C45A5-5735-480B-9477-4B9FBF79D578}], and the process stopped with an error message (see file “Error install EMclient 2019-08-07 .PNG”). So I tried to run it once more, and chose Remove, with the same result. Then I run “MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta.diagcab” and chose deinstallation. I used value “Not listed” and inserted “{FC9C45A5-5735-480B-9477-4B9FBF79D578}” as product key. And “Error install EMclient” from MS reported the problem as solved. But when after a restart I tried a new installation, the problem still remained.

Any suggestion to what I must do to install the EMclient”

If this was an install from the Microsoft Store, I tried that route once and it never worked.
