My demo period expires and is not running in offline mode. I generated an activation key but when I try to enter it I get an error message that it can’t contact the licensing server.
Any ideas how I can get back online?

The license server runs 24/7.
As a test, can you completely disable any anti-virus, firewall, proxy or VPN, then try activate the license again. Sometimes even restarting your router may resolve this.
If that doesn’t help, are you getting any errors?
Hi, I’m not running any anti virus software and rebooting the router didn’t work. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the program and same error message ‘A problem has occurred when contacting the licensing server. ActivateLicenseFromApplocationEx failed’
