I would like to ditch my messenger and use emClient for chatting purpose as well. Can someone help me configure yAhoo messenger on my emClient. Thanks.

Unfortunately Yahoo messenger is not supported in eM Client and we do not plan to support it, but you can use some XMPP (Jabber) transport to do this.
