My EMClient is connected to an onpremise Exchange Server via Active Sync.
When I want to send an e-mail to an internal distribution list, I get an error message that the message does not contain any valid recipients
A list should have a + icon in front of the name to indicated you can show all recipients in that list, like this:
From your screenshot it does not seem the disctribution list is actually recognized as such, it looks like it’s just the word “Alle” with no email address.
If you select the list from your Contact folders directly (click on ‘An:’ to select it), does the same issue happen?

thanks for your reply but it doesn´t work.
I tried using the ‘AN’ button and then selected the “Alle” group from the ‘Exchange global standard address list’ but the ‘+’ still does not appear
That is strange, if you check the list in your contacts, is it perhpas empty? Or are the contacts in it?
If it does, perhaps this issue might need a deeper look - with your license you should be able to reach out to our VIP Support team and then can help analyze Exchange logs to figure out what’s wrong with the distribution list.
