I got an error trying to download eMclient 7… 
Seems to be downloading OK.
Check your Internet connection. Maybe restart both your computer and router.
I wanted to update my version 6 to 7. That gives the error.
Internet works perfect.
Go to the Release History and select the latest version 7, or try the version 8 beta.
And make a backup using Menu > File > Backup before you upgrade.
I did. Bud no import from 6 posible.
You should be offered the opportunity to import after installing version 7. If not, go to Menu > File > Import > eM Client 6.
That doesn’t work either. Seems to do something but the emails and contacts are not transferred
If they were in Local Folders, make sure the folders are visible. To do that go to Menu > Tools > Settings > General > Show Local Folders.
Due to information on the internet eMclient used an ouddated protocol. Thats why i get the error.
Problem solved. The data must be on the standard location. I pud my data on the D partition
The error problem still exist wenn I try to update.
