Can not clear error message

My client is using the Windows version of EmClient and I am trying to figure out the error hat popped up recently.

How do I clear it?

[email protected]: An error occurred [Google Contacts] Uploading item(s) to folder ‘[email protected]/Other Contacts’ failed due to the following error: Requested entity was not found.

Try right click on the word “Contacts” directly under the Gmail account and then click “Properties” at the bottom. The click the “Repair” tab at the top and finally click “Repair”.

Then once completed, Close and reopen eM Client. See my post in the following thread with how to repair Google contacts with screenshots.

Failing that, go online via a browser to Google Contacts “https://contacts.google.com” . Then click the menu at the top left and click “Other”. Then (find that email address in the error) and “move it into Contacts” via the Google Contacts page.

Then “close and reopen” eM Client and that should normally fix it

Other Google contacts in eM Client are “Read Only”. They are email addresses without contact names that have just been typed in & sent. Thats why you have to move them online via the web.

What I reccomend is to move all those Other contacts online if you still want them to your main “Contacts” online. Or if you don’t need those Other contacts, you can optionally delete them. Then close and reopen eM Client.

Lastly if you still have the same problem update what version of eM Client they are using.
