Currently eM Client stores all my email, contacts, etc in C:\Users[USER]\AppData\Roaming\eM Client\
Is there a way to change it so that eM Client uses something like D:\My Emails\ or something like that?

go to menu Tools->Settings->Storage and change Database directory location there.
