If you are referring to a eg: Postbox mail template, i’m not aware of any builtin to eM Client.
However if you have an existing Postbox email template still in your Postbox app and can export that to eg: .htm or .html file, you can then import that into eM Client Mail Templates via “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / Mail / Templates & Signatures” via the Templates button / Import option.
Or if you carn’t export the Postbox Mail Templates to .htm or .html file, but can access the source code of the template in Postbox, Then after creating a new template in eM Client, “right click in the body of the template” and click “Edit Source” and you can paste in the template source code from Postbox.
If existing Postbox mail templates “were mean’t to automatically import into eM Client” via “Menu / File / Import” choosing Postbox and haven’t, then other Postbox forum users or Support staff will update this thread. Or if you have a current active paid Pro, Personal or Business version, go to the VIP Support page and login and lodge a support ticket.
I know originally eM Client updated the Postbox Importer after the initial few versions, so if you still have Postbox installed on your same computer and haven’t ever tried to reimport since originally installing eM Client, you could try going to “Menu / File / Import” and selecting Postbox and see if there is a eg: Templates option on the import screen. Just a thought.
Lastly check that you are using the latest version of eM Client that had all the Postbox import update fixes which you can check via the release history page.

i found at the beginning in em client , now not anoymore
these template were included in postbox ,without importing them
