I am trying to set up my email & when I put my address in it automatically set it up as IMAP. How can I change the existing account & is this going to happen each time a add an account?

You can’t change an account from IMAP to POP3.
You need to setup the account as POP3, then remove the IMAP account.
To setup as POP3, please see the manual setup instructions in the Documentation (F1).
Thank you, Gary. I decided to try importing everything from Thunderbird. I ended up with somewhat of a mess. I have 5 accounts, 4 of which were duplicated. I finally managed to get them deleted. Everything seems to be working properly now. I just need to figure out how to personalize the program. eM Client has some very useful features.
