May client has lots of troubles to connect Exchange server and fail 99% of tries.
Issue appeared last week, with out reasons.
I tried to update application but no change.
Server version is 15.20.1878.0 and error message (in log) is “couldn’t get server version”.
Any idea?
IT manager identified the error is linked to the route used to reach Internet.
On old route, there is no issue.
On a new onfigured route, through a firewall, there are issues.
Could you give advices on the elements to be corrected on the firewall for EmClient usage?
