I accidently emptied the junk folder, and need one of the files back,
Unfortunately emptying the Junk folder, or emptying the Trash folder, have the same result; the messages are irreversibly deleted.
If you find you have messages you want appearing in the Junk folder, maybe better to look at how they are getting there and change that.
