I just purchased eM Client, and I’m starting to think maybe I shouldn’t have. I have a reminder for an appointment in about 2 hours, I click on the popup to snooze 30 minutes yet it pops up every 5 minutes. Very irritating!

Guess I will be calling in technical support to make the best of my year support.
28 days later and now I do seem to get my notifications on time, but a new problem. When I tell them to Snooze for xx time, they go away and there is never another reminder.
eM Client is really letting me down. I wanted a good email client, this one pales to Outlook which integrates well with all email platforms I have used. Reminders work as expected.
I use my msn.com account as my primary calendar account. It is my primary email account as well. I’m searching for tips on how to make this work properly without finger pointing saying it is a Microsoft problem. I’m tired of hearing that excuse.

That could be something then that needs updating in the program.
As you have just purchased eM Client, I would login to the VIP support page and lodge a support ticket and someone will assist you.
