I am using EM Client on 2 desktops, with both there own licences. Is it possible to sync both EM Client calendars? For me it would be very usefull.

If you are using “the same IMAP, Exchange, Office 365 or iCloud account on both computers”, then yes eM Client will sync the same cloud calendar to both computers and mobile devices etc, “as the calendar is on the server”.
If they are local account calendars “that don’t sync to a cloud server”, then they won’t synchronize.
